Friends Events

Spring Term

  • Skate & Cake
  • Easter Fair – as Halloween Fair
  • Easter Bingo – Friends purchase Easter eggs for prizes and help set up tables and chairs and clear up after the event. This is a fun family event held at the Community Centre.

Summer Term

  • May Day Celebrations – Friends decorate the school fence and gate making an arch for May Kings and Queens to enter school. In the weeks leading up to this children volunteer for sessions being coached in maypole dancing to entertain parents.
  • Skate & Cake
  • Sponsored Bike Ride – The Friends organise this event; raising money as another of our key fundraisers. The bike ride takes place on a weekend and is a 6 or 12 mile ride around the local area and is followed by a BBQ.
  • Sports Day – Friends organise and supervise ‘Clockwork Sports’ at the school sports day. Following races there is a BBQ.

Our Schools

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises ten Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
